Processing Time

All gates are made to order. Standard build time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase. This may vary slightly depending on current order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your gate is complete, we ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on gate size, weight, and your location. Larger or double gates may have higher shipping fees due to oversized packaging requirements.

Shipping Damage

If your gate arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
