3. Processing & Shipping

Current build time is approximately 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary by location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Damages & Issues

If your gate arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at oakstreetgates@mail.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to address the issue.
